Question: How to brewing a cup of original wild Oolong tea ?

conventional way ( simple method, recommended ):
Simply take 2 to 3 grams (approximately level teaspoon) into a 8 ounces cup, bring the water to a boiling, and cool for approximately 20-30 sec, Pour hot water(about 90 degrees or over) into cup and Brew for about 3-5 minutes, enjoy & drink.

traditional way ( Gong Fu or Gongfu method ):
1) Take about 2 to 3 grams and put into gaiwan.
2) Water temperature: allow the boil water to cool for approximately 20 to 30 sec.
3) Pour into hot water(about 90 degrees or over) for approximately 0.5 to 1 minute then Pour away the water to wash the tea.
4) Fill the gaiwan with hot water again and leave for 0.5 to 1 minute
5) Pour into Tea Cups, relax and drink.
6) normaly brewing the tea up to five or eight times, increase the brewing time after several brews.

Question: How much should people drink daily?

For nice results, We suggested that people should drink 3-5 cups(8 oz) of tea daily, it is perfect to drink the tea in the morning or in the afternoon.
